We deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Sialkot, and more.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days
    Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

4. Do you offer Open Parcel Service?

Yes! On selected products, we offer Open Parcel Service, where you can check your item before payment (cash on delivery orders). Please note, Open Parcel is only available with selected courier partners and for eligible locations.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer:
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when your order arrives.
✅ Online Payment (Coming Soon) – Secure payment via cards or digital wallets will be available soon.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Send photos/videos for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy

8. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
